Cecilia Braggiotti
Cecilia Braggiotti is General Manager for Afiniti Italia and Managing Director for Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for driving growth, managing clients relationships, and leading operations and strategy across Europe. Afiniti is a US based unicorn that uses artificial intelligence to identify and predict subtle, valuable patterns of human behavior and better pair customers and employees. Pairing in this way results in higher quality interactions, increased customer satisfaction and revenue for businesses. Prior to joining Afiniti, Cecilia worked at McKinsey & Company. She subsequently developed experience in equity investments, having worked both in Private Equity (L Catterton, LVMH fund) and Hedge Fund (Attestor capital). Cecilia was also a product manager for worldwide handbags at Christian Dior. She has worked in Istanbul, Sao Paulo, Milan, London and Paris. Since 2012 Cecilia is on the Board of GBH (Family Office) where she is in charge of early and growth stage investments. Since 2017 she is on the Board Alto Partners Sgr, a mid-market private equity fund. Since 2019 she is on the Board of Kujten, a French fashion apparel company. Cecilia holds a masters degree from London Business School, an MBA from INSEAD and attended an executive program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Among others, she has been named into Italian Forbes under 30, she is a Young Global Leader Alumnus and part of Aspen Institute.
