Christian Nordholtz is a German lawyer and equity partner of KPMG LAW in Hanover and shareholder of KPMG AG since April 2019. Christian specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and he is one of the leading partners for complex litigation projects relating to class actions and mass litigations in Germany. Prior to KPMG, he was a senior associate in the private equity and M&A department of CLIFFORD CHANCE in Frankfurt/Main, Germany (2012-2017) and a partner in the German law firm GÖHMANN (2017-2019). Previously, he studied law at the University of Hanover University of Oxford (Hertford College, Magister Juris) and Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) in People’s Republic of China. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Osnabrück in 2008. He is a young leader of the German Atlantik-Brücke e.V., a member of the regional committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Germany, the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and the German Christian Democratic Union (CDU).
