Eijiro Katsu is the representative director, president, Co-CEO & COO of Internet Initiative Japan Inc., a communications network service firm. From 1975 to 2012, Katsu served in various capacities within Japan’s Ministry of Finance. In 2010, he was vice minister of finance. Katsu became statutory auditor of The Yomiuri Shimbun in 2014 and an outside director of ANA HOLDINGS INC. in 2020. He is also an advisory board member of the Japan Football Association. In the mid-1970s, Katsu earned a law degree from the University of Tokyo where he was later a faculty member.
