JUNG Ku-Hyun is Professor Emeritus of Yonsei University in Seoul and CEO of J Campus, a private research and business education institute. He taught at Yonsei University’s School of Business from 1978 to 2002 and served as Director of the Institute of East and West Studies and the Dean of the Graduate School of Business Administration at the same university. In 1999, Professor Jung was a key person in establishing Korean Association of Non-Profit Organization Research and served as the first president of the Association from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, Dr. Jung moved to Samsung Group to serve as President and CEO of Samsung Economic Research Institute and has contributed to the upgrading and internationalization of the Institute. In 2004 when he served as President of Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, Dr. Jung was a main driver in establishing the Korea Business Education Accreditation Board. And subsequently he served as Director and Board Chair at the same institution. Returning to the academia, he taught at the College of Business of KAIST from 2011 to 2017 as a visiting professor. He served as President of the Seoul Forum for International Affairs from 2012 to 2020. He has published several books in recent years, focusing on Korean corporations and East Asian economy.  His most recent book is titled The Rise of East Asian Corporations: 1960-2020 (Cloud Nine, 2019), published in KoreanGraduated from Seoul National University with B.A. in 1969 and completed graduate studies at the University of Michigan with Ph.D. in 1976.
