Kengo Sakurada is the Group CEO, Director, President, and Representative Executive Officer of Sompo Holdings, Inc. He graduated from Waseda University in 1978 and entered The Yasuda Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which later merged with other insurance companies to form Sompo Holdings. He became Group CEO, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer of Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Holdings, Inc. in 2015, and assumed his current positions in 2019. Mr. Sakurada is also Chairman of Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives).
