Marta Guzzafame is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group. After more than 5 years at BCG Milan, Marta moved in 2016 to the Madrid office to work for Iberian, Central and Latin America clients in the Industrial Goods sector, leading projects mainly about digital innovation and disruptive business models. Marta has developed a strong experience in emerging technologies and their impact on renewable energy systems manufacturers, building materials and construction sectors. Moreover, she has worked on environmental issues and energy efficiency themes, supporting companies in defining their strategic plans to prepare for future regulations such as limitations on carbon footprint. Marta is Young Leader Alumna, nominated by the Council for the United States and Italy, and has been part of the Global Shapers Community from 2012 to 2014.
