Tania le Moigne, as a Regional Director at Google, leads Google business operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. She started her career in the technology industry in 1990. As a high tech leader she built her career with Digital Equipment and Microsoft in the Czech Republic, Germany and Great Britain. In 2003, she established her own consultancy firm and two years later she launched her own company 4bambini: producer of educational board games for children aged 3-7 with aim to introduce to the children important life values, such as good manners, respect or diversity. Tania le Moigne holds many prestigious awards such as “Personality of the Czech Internet”, “Business Female Leader” or “HR personality of the year”. As a passionate ambassador for women in business and technology, leadership and education, Tania le Moigne is very active in the non-profit sector: She serves as a board member and a mentor of non-commercial mentoring project Odyssey that develops women in business. She occasionally collaborates with the University of Economics in Prague, New York University and European Leadership & Academic Institute in Prague, where she is lecturing leadership. Tania le Moigne is a board member of Aspen Institute CEE, a board member of NGO Dobry Andel, a member of Neuron Founders and member of YPO Czech Republic. In 2016 she co-founded 6DAcademy, an educational platform about digital trends for 21st century business leaders. Since 2019 she has been acting as a Supervisory Board Member of RaiffeisenBank. She graduated in the computer science and economy at University of Economics, Prague.
