Terry Lynch is Chief Executive Officer of Power Metallic Mines Inc., a publicly traded mining company advancing the Nisk Project, a high-grade polymetallic deposit located south of James Bay, Québec. Rich in copper, palladium, platinum, gold, silver, and underpinned by a significant nickel sulfide system, the Nisk Project is positioned to become a globally significant ore body.
Mr. Lynch was previously Co-founder of Cardiol Therapeutics (TSX/NASDAQ: CRDL), a biotechnology leader in pharmaceutical-grade cannabidiol (CBD) production and the development of innovative therapies for heart disease.
He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Save Canadian Mining, an advocacy initiative launched in 2019 to restore integrity to capital markets for junior mining companies in Canada. The organization is supported by the TSX Venture Exchange, Ontario Mining Association, Ontario Prospectors Association, and numerous industry leaders, including Eric Sprott, Sean Roosen, Keith Neumeyer, and Rob McEwen, as well as over 25 junior mining companies and 5,000 individual members.
He also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Great Northern Energy Metals and as a board member of Quantum BioPharma.
Mr. Lynch holds a joint Honours degree in Economics and Business Administration conferred by St Francis Xavier University in 1981.
