Ambassador ZHAO Weiping is the Vice President of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs. Before joining CPIFA, he served as Ambassador of China to the Independent State of Samoa, Consul General of China in Chicago and then Vice Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government.
