Ambassador ZHOU Wenzhong is currently a member of the Consultative Committee of Boao Asian Forum. He served as the Secretary General of Boao Asian Forum from 2010 to April 2018. He was Ambassador of China to the United States of America from 2005 to 2010 and Chinese Vice Foreign Minister from 2003 to 2005.
